Ok, so looking at it again I am rethinking... those circles aren't reflective are they? You'll still sparkle regardless. And why don't I ever find a .49 cent dress?
@Alyssa: They aren't reflective, though that would have been *amazing.* ;) I'm hoping to find a rocking pair of boots to go with it...but now I feel like I shouldn't be willing to pay more than a dollar for them.
@Krystal: haha...yeah, this little funky number will be getting some stage time and equally funky accessories. :)
